We work with 14 audited woven garment factories across Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj and Chittagong, with combined monthly capacity of approximately 480,000 pieces.
Vetting
How We Select Factories
A factory enters our network only after passing a four-part assessment. We do not take on production units on the strength of a certificate alone.
Certification check
Current BSCI, WRAP or Sedex certification, verified directly with the issuing body rather than accepted as a PDF from the factory.
Physical assessment
Our team visits the floor: machine count and type, line layout, finishing and washing capability, warehouse conditions, and fire and structural safety.
Capability match
We confirm the factory produces the specific garment type well. A unit that excels at basic shirting is not automatically competent at structured outerwear.
Trial order
New factories start with a small order under close inspection before we place client volume with them.

Book early rather than negotiating a date that cannot hold
Capacity tightens between August and November. An order placed with realistic lead time ships on time; one squeezed into peak season rarely does.

An honest answer
Why We Do Not Own a Factory
This question comes up, and the honest answer is a selling point. A factory owner has to fill their own lines. If your order suits a different unit better, they are not going to tell you.
Because we place orders across a network, we can match each product to the unit genuinely equipped for it — and move work if a unit is running hot. That flexibility is the whole point of a buying house.

Factory Visits
Buyers are welcome at our Dhaka office and at our partner factories. We arrange the schedule, transport and introductions. If you cannot travel, we provide video walkthroughs and photographic audit reports of the production unit.

Yes. We disclose the assigned unit with its certification documentation before you confirm the order, and you are welcome to inspect it or send your own auditor.
We verify certification directly with the issuing body — amfori, WRAP or Sedex — rather than accepting a document supplied by the factory. Forged or expired certificates are the most common problem buyers encounter when sourcing independently.
Yes. Orders above 50,000 pieces are commonly split across units of matched specification, with consistent QC applied to each and a single consolidated shipment.
If a factory problem arises mid-production we tell you the same day, with the remedies costed. Depending on the stage, that means reallocating the balance to a matched unit, expediting the remaining production, or agreeing a revised date with you. Where reallocation would change the fabric lot, we will not do it without your written approval.
