We work with 14 audited woven garment factories across Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj and Chittagong, with combined monthly capacity of approximately 480,000 pieces. Each is certified, independently verified by our team, and matched to the product categories it is genuinely equipped to produce.
Vetting
How We Select Factories
A factory enters our network only after passing a four-part assessment. We do not take on production units on the strength of a certificate alone — certificates are issued at a point in time, and conditions change.
Certification check
Current BSCI, WRAP or Sedex certification, verified directly with the issuing body rather than accepted as a PDF from the factory.
Physical assessment
Our team visits the floor: machine count and type, line layout, finishing and washing capability, warehouse conditions, and fire and structural safety.
Capability match
We confirm the factory produces the specific garment type well. A unit that excels at basic shirting is not automatically competent at structured outerwear, and the difference shows up in the bulk, not the sample.
Trial order
New factories start with a small order under close inspection before we place client volume with them.

Capacity and lead times
Book early rather than negotiating a date that cannot hold
Combined monthly capacity across the network is approximately 480,000 pieces. Practical lead times run 45–60 days for standard woven production and 60–75 days where washing, embroidery or specialised finishing is involved.
Peak season matters: capacity tightens sharply between August and November, and orders confirmed inside that window carry longer lead times.
An honest answer
Why We Do Not Own a Factory
This question comes up, and the honest answer is a selling point.
A factory owner must fill their own lines, which means steering every enquiry toward what those lines happen to produce. We have no such incentive — we place each order with the unit best suited to it, and we can decline a factory that is underperforming without it costing us an asset.

Factory Visits
Buyers are welcome to visit. We arrange factory tours, accompany you, and handle scheduling and transport within Bangladesh.
If you cannot travel, we provide video walkthroughs and photographic reports of the assigned unit before you confirm an order.

Yes. We disclose the assigned unit with its certification documentation before you confirm the order, and you are welcome to inspect it or send your own auditor.
We verify certification directly with the issuing body — amfori, WRAP or Sedex — rather than accepting a document supplied by the factory. Forged or expired certificates are the most common problem buyers encounter when sourcing independently.
Yes. Orders above 50,000 pieces are commonly split across units of matched specification, with consistent QC applied to each and a single consolidated shipment.
We tell you the same day, with the options costed. Depending on the stage, that means reallocating the balance to a matched unit, expediting the remaining production, or agreeing a revised date with you. Where reallocation would change the fabric lot, we will not do it without your written approval.
